First and foremost, congrats to all three of you. This is a truly tremendous feat that 17 other people couldn't do and that some couldn't even do with two chances. You all in my opinion have played separate games but games that were able to dig a path that lead you here to the final three.
I feel like in this entire game there was two types of players. The game changers and the idlers. No in betweens.
The first type were the game changers, you'd see these people in the chat rooms, actively making conversations and efforts to get to know people. They'd be people you receive PM's from and they were people who gave it their all in every single challenge. They just were generally overall active and were voted out due to that fact.
Now for the second type we have the idlers. The idlers were people who sometimes played in challenges, barely talked, weren't involved much in the chatrooms and didn't really strategize or make moves. They usually lead others and went further because of their idling.
I find it SO extremely upsetting to see an end game so filled with people who were idlers and so many early jurors and even some pre-merge people gone that were game changers. I feel as though if I wasn't as active or didn't participate as much or didn't talk to people, that I would probably have made it further in this game. I'm sure a few others do as well.
My question for you three is, are you an idler or are you a game changer and why? Be honest. Look at your overall game from the past 19 or so rounds and make an assumption.

I'm def a game changer by your description of what both are.
I have been constantly in the chat room all the time, EllenPW should be able to contest to that in a great deal. Half the time it was just her and me in the chat. I had to resort to PM everyone since no one was on the chat or maybe I just missed the times where people were. Your Personal Messages: 144 New: 0
I competed in every single challenge, I spent over 12 hours just posting in the final challenge and that's not including making all the pictures. I spent a great deal on that tiebreaker puzzle to get the best score I could. The challenge with the random numbers, I spent a long time trying to get that correct and never gave up until I finished it.
In terms of game moves and game play, there were times I sat back, but as you just said look at how you and Hannah got targeted right at merge. I picked my spots on when to be very vocal about something and when to go with the flow and sometimes I stayed in the middle. I keep preaching my first game move was helping you stay and getting Misty out. I was very outspoken about that move and along with the move that essentially got Quincy out the first time. All of the other vote offs before merge were pretty much unanimous where no one made any big moves and when it came to merge there were so many people in the game, if I had opened my mouth and tried to do something too early I would have been out in 9th place probably.
I picked my spots when I thought it was right for me, no one in this cast made moves every single round. The jury has a perception and I feel like no one is looking away from that. After Hannah/Steph left, it's like everyone thinks Jessica controlled my votes every round? That's a complete joke, I was aligned with her. People that are aligned vote together usually, the next 3 votes were all a consensus between Cascade and Tess/Wyatt. After that I became vocal about the Wyatt vote and then I turned my game into a very aggressive manner from there to the finals.
If everyone wants to say I didn't do anything on the Hannah/Steph vote, and that I was in the middle and being in a consensus discussion about 3 of the other votes than I'm fine with that. But every other vote I was outspoken as aggressive as anyone in this cast and on 3 rounds I was more outspoken and aggressive than anyone in this game. If you still think I was doing nothing and that I was overshadowed by Jessica, then you either hate me or you're Gloria.

Hey Steph! I know I have always been viewed as an idler but like I already explained that was my strategy to put on that show so I don't become a target right away like you said, if I played too hard, I would have been voted out and got nothing beyond a jury spot. This is just how crazy that game was. I know some people didn't see me in the chat 24/7 cause I was on mostly at times when most people weren't, but it was only because of my time zone difference. However I did my best to be on the chat a lot and talk to people, even if it was 3 AM here. Well if it means anything: Since day 1 in this game, I have been forming alliances. On our original tribe I was in the middle of 2 alliances; I had one with you, Perry, Freddie & Ian and another with Jessica, Karla, Yvette & Ian. In the swap I made a deal with Beau tried to get close to Nick and that I wouldn't vote for him, so I was never a target. In the merge I made a deal with Luca and got close to Quincy, kept my deal with Beau going. I was always making deals and forming new relationships, I wasn't sitting on my ass like people thought. People just underestimated me and kept taking each other out. I even started the merge by flipping the vote from Beau to Hannah by convincing Luca to vote for her. Napa had too many cracks, they were busy getting each other out, why am I getting blamed for that and being called someone who didn't do anything? That was my strategy and I helped keep this war going by sharing info with both sides and staying in the middle. I campaigned to get Tess out and was able to bear all the consequences and still not become a target. I tried to get Jessica out, but Luca was afraid to do it and yes it didn't work out, but at least I took the risk to do it although I never had immunity around my neck. I was constantly thinking to change things up in the game. I believe I was a game changer, despite all what people are saying... I played the game, yes different from a lot of the "big players" but what am I gonna gain if I play too obvious and too early? I can do that but I'll gain nothing but being a constant target and getting a jury spot. Thanks for reading, Steph and good luck!

I'm surprised everyone used their PMs so much. I didn't think people still PMed anymore. But I'm also at the 200 mark.

My question for you three is, are you an idler or are you a game changer and why? Be honest. Look at your overall game from the past 19 or so rounds and make an assumption. Hey Stephenie! Thank you for your question. I'd say I was a game changer. I think at times I could have been classified as an idler but in the grand scheme of things I was a game changer. In the very beggining of the game on Napa, I was one of the more social people in the game, and was well liked by almost everyone. I didn't come off as the most visible person, but someone that a lot of people wanted to work with. By your definition that is a game changer. During the swap, when I had my personal issues going on, I feel like there were times where I could be classified as an idler, however that being said we were both in the chat almost every night chatting about the game and just fun stuff as well. A big issue for me during that time was the fact I was only on at night for the most part so that made it difficult for me to bond with the entire tribe, but you definitely saw the effort I put in while I was on Belbaja. At the merge, the first two rounds I was definitely a game changer. The first round I was a swing vote everyone wanted, and the next round when everyone found out Quincy was idoling Beau, I recieved a couple of votes which signified I was playing the game and trying to make moves. The only other time(s) I'd classify myself as an idler was during the F8-F10. That was when I was in the chat the least during the game. It was during these rounds I slipped under the radar a little bit to avoid being targeted after the close vote at the F11. While I wasn't around as much in the chat, I was still making some moves behind the scenes such as solidfying end game deals with Yvette/Vincent to help me once my immunity from Gamma was gone. From the F7 onward I was a game changer. I survived the F7 vote due to my connections with the other Cascades, and then played a huge part in controlling the F6 vote by getting out Tess. At the F5 and F4 I won both of the immunity challenges and had Jessica leave, setting me up to be sitting here and to have a shot to win in the finals. While I always wasn't the brightest star, I made plays when I needed to and got myself here in the end, which I think is why I'd classify myself overall as a game changer. Thanks for your question Stephenie! Good luck with the vote!
