Round 2 Confessional.

Same old going on for me for the time being. The only real game-changer is that...oh well its nothing really....only that DALLAS has a damn hidden immunity idol!!!! This is good to know for 2 reasons. First off it means that Dallas trusts me with the information that she has a hidden immunity idol, and the more trust I have with people who have such powerful pieces in the game, the better off I am. This is also good for me, because when push comes to shove I can either a) have her let me use the idol to protect myself if it me possibly being voted out of the game or b) I can use the information to throw her under the bus later down the line and to gain trust. Right now though I feel good at where I am at with Dallas, and I would not sell her down the river...just not yet.

On top of all that, there are some alliance developments. Tess is still being distant, and a bit of an annoyance at times, so....she is still in the angels alliance, but she is near the bottom. Gloria is rubbing off on me the wrong way too. Her conversations seem very fake, and the way she injects Spanish into everything she says is ANNOYING! I do not need to have a fucking Spanish lesson when I am trying to talk to people, if I wanted that I would go take a Spanish class...but I am stuck with the two of them at the moment in order to stay in a majority power withing my tribe.

Besides those two, the angels alliance is going quite well. Dallas trusted (besides myself) Rosemary with the hidden immunity idol news, and we have discussed a final 3 possibility with her, since she is very open, honest, and seems to click well with the both of us. In order to have a solid majority within out final 6 angels alliance however we need 1 more person, and that is were Luca comes in. He doesn't seem very connected to people like...Tess, or Gloria, or any of the other boys (who have been very distant), so it would be naturally smart for him to hitch a ride with us girls (and the core three of Me, Dallas, and Rosemary) and ride it out for a bit.

My strategy at the moment? Hmm...probably to just lay low, dont make enemies and only make friends. Talk to people on a humanistic level, and not just on a game level, being friendly makes people less inclined to cast a vote your way. I'll worry about late game later, because right now I need to make it past early game, and that is what has my attention.

For this first individual immunity challenge, my plan is to do 2 things. First off is to make someone feel defeated (hence giving all my bad cards to that person). Beau is the 'newest' to the tribe because of him replacing another player, and for that reason alone, I want him gone because he is an easy scapegoat, giving him so many low cards may make him self destruct, and that's the plan. My other part of the plan is to put someone who is close to me in a power position. By giving the best of the cards to Rosemary, it not only gives her a shot to win immunity, but also makes it so that she will choose who goes to Death Valley. The more people that I am close with that go to Death Valley the better, because the better chance there are rewards that will affect my game that those people will use to help me.

Oh also I do not want to win this immunity challenge. I do not want to be the 'most' liked person in the tribe because that puts a HUGE bullseye on the persons back. I do not need a bullseye, I like where I am at in the game, and content with what I am doing to further myself.

Maybe I judged Tess a bit to quickly. I know I have talked about how she has annoyed me a bit, and how she has been all over the place, but she showed me today where her loyalty lies. She told me about how she made a 'side' deal with Nick to make sure that his vote would be solidified with us later down the road, and also told me of a side deal that Dallas made with Quincy (which I am not sure I would have figured out from Dallas herself, only time can tell). I think I just need to take the time and make sure that I can feel safe with Tess, because like I said, she proved herself to be loyal today, and even if she turns out to be annoying, she may also turn out to be loyal, and I need loyalty on my side.

On a side note, it seems like Wyatt's final nail has been pressed in his coffin. This challenge is practically unwinnable for him because most people (excluding myself) are giving him their low coins in the challenge, meaning not only will he not win immunity, but he will also not be going to Death Valley to get a 'special' power. Without immunity Wyatt will just go down like a sinking ship. He is unsociable, never online, and it just a waste of space on the Napa tribe. I think it will be honestly a 9-1 vote when it comes down to it, and I wish I could say I feel bad for him, but if he doesn't want to put in the effort he can leave. Good news for Adam because he'll have an easy beat in purgatory.

Not much more to say besides that at the moment, still feeling good with my position and alliances in the game. I need to be a bit more social and talk to some people (like Beau) but besides that I'm good in the game.

Results were interesting to say the least. I am quite surprised that Gloria is the one from my tribe that won Immunity and the right to choose who goes to Death Valley based solely on the reason I have not seen her be very likable to people, but maybe her stand offish personality makes people feel like she will not flip-flop to the other tribe when the time comes, I don't know. Maybe I can somehow talk her into letting Rosey go to Death Valley still, or maybe even myself, I'd just rather not have Gloria go herself because I feel like she will not tell me what she gets, and even if she does, she will not use it for my advantage later in the game.

Another odd thing about the results is the people who I gave a lot of my low balls to ended up in the positive, and the people (or person I should say) who I gave my high balls to ended up in the negatives, so I am really confused about what is going on. I just need to look out for myself at this point since I ended up middle of the road with 0 points (like I thought I would). I need to follow what I've been doing and keep my head down and not make enemies where enemies are not needed to be made. I just need to keep doing what I've been doing, like I keep saying.

I also need to figure out what is going on on this tribe of mine, because I feel a bit lost and out of the loop for the first time in the game, hmmmm.... who knows, I'll give an update whenever I can.

Hey Hannah! Got a few questions for you.

1. Who do you trust the most?
2. Who do you consider your other "core allies"?
3. How are the tribe dynamics stratified?
4. Who do you want to see gone the most?

From the very beginning I have always trusted and never had doubts in 1 person specifically, that being Dallas. She shared her power that was won at Death Valley with me, and has been quite open and honest with where we are both at in the game with each other. I do like Rosemary and Tess, but when it comes to who I trust the most, I have to go with my gut and go with the one person who I have yet to second guess and that is Dallas.

I think after this Judgement I will really know who my 'core' allies are. The judgement will either go the way that I want/expect it to, or I will be completely blindsided, I am hoping for the first of the two options. If it goes the way that I expect it, then I think my solid core will be the angels alliance (Me, Tess, Dallas, Luca, Gloria, and Rosemary), if it does not go the way I expect, I will have no idea who my core is, and my game will be turned upside down.

At first I thought there were 2 groups, the angels and the rest, but after the immunity challenge it doesn't seem like that is the case. So many angels fell lower than I expected in the challenge while only really Gloria shined through, making me thing that there are many sub alliances within the tribe. The solid 6 alliance was made so quickly that it may be that people are now getting to know/like others better than who is in our alliance, and are looking to protect them.

Nobody really stands out of who I want gone the most, but the two I have talked to least are Beau and Wyatt. As much as I would LOVE to keep Wyatt since he was nice to talk to for the first time today, it seems (at least from what I am told) that he is the one leaving and going. I would much rather write down Beau's name, but I can't put a target on my back this early on to protect Wyatt when he is most likely gone regardless. So ya, Beau is who I want gone, but I don't see him going home quite yet. HOWEVER I would also like to see Quincy leave soon, just because he opened his mouth about something I told him, showing me that I cannot trust him. I need people in the game that I can trust, not people who will go and run their lips to every person that they can, just to create an 'in' with everyone. That is a no go for me.

Just now seeing that Gloria sent Quincy to Death Valley...hmm. This just adds fuel to my a few speculations of mine. The first speculation is that there are a lot of side deals going on, sending Quincy to Death Valley affirms that him and Gloria have an obvious partnership...and to make such a partnership know outside of the angels is a bit sketchy if you ask me.

My second speculation is that when it comes time to read the votes, nothing will be crystal clear. Maybe I am just paranoid, but I feel wholeheartedly that it will not be a unanimous vote come tribal council time. Although I wish I could say that I know 100% that Wyatt is going to be voted off, I cannot say that with such certainty now. I mean it is good news that we still have Dallas' idol in our back pocket (by we I mean myself, Dallas, Rosey, and Tess).

This just shows how even early on you cannot expect anything to go the way you think it is going to go, and that you need to stay on your toes. I truly hope this is nothing more than paranoia and that everything goes smoothly, if everything does go smoothly I will feel much better about how the tribe dynamic is, but the whole sending Quincy to Death Valley (to basically get a power) makes me sketched out a bit.
