BREAKING NEWS LOL:
So Quincy is trying a last ditch effort to take out a Cascade (Stephenie or Yvette)... he and Beau are going to vote Steph and Beau will get Quincy's idol...
... problem is they think Tess is on board because she didn't bat an eyelash agreeing to this but it was a bold faced lie she is trying to get Luca out still -_-... Wyatt is theoretically in on the plan as well he's just afk right now...
So Beau and Quincy think it's going to be four votes on Steph, but Tess is going to try and tie the vote 2-2 with Wyatt by getting him to vote for Luca with her -_-. WTF LMAO.
ETA: Now Luca and Steph are in the chat... so depending on Wyatt we could get either a Luca or Steph boot out of left field. Tess just told me she's getting Stephenie to change her vote to Luca now lmao... THIS GIRL OMG.

ummm.. so since Wyatt's switch of the vote was 12 mins past deadline, is it 6-3-2 for Beau to go, but Quincy is using his idol on Beau... so 3 to Steph and 2 to Luca? Wowwww o.O?

That's pretty much what I counted too I think? Wyatt's bootlist is confusing, but he voted Beau I think. Gloria voted Beau (wth? no mad respect no more).
The thing is though, and that's the issue that's currently going on I guess, is not with Wyatt's vote (his reason for his lateness is not a valid one IMO) but it's with the idol being played by Quincy, on Beau. Is that even allowed? In Survivor it is, but in this game, not so sure? Henry attempted to play his idol on me at the Final 6 in gvse2 and it was simply ignored (so not allowed?).
In their defense though, there's no clear rule against using the idol on someone else and it can be expected that the same rules as in survivor hold except when stated otherwise. Quincy could have been informed of it at the time he played it (tho nobody probably saw it until after the deadline) and both guys were on at the exact same time (9:50PM EST) so had they known it should have been passed to the other player, they definitely would have done it that way. So in that sense it seems like a legit move and if Beau would leave it would be because they were unaware of the unwritten ruling with respect to the idol, and not because they didn't get their plans together in time.
Maybe this is not the issue at hand though, I'm just conjecturing.

And Tess' move(s) sucks. Sorry if you ever read this, but I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw those 3 parchments for 3 different Napa. Targeting Luca is the most random thing she did so far I guess, I just don't get it.

Basically the issue lies in Wyatt not having access to Death Valley prior to the voting deadline.
He claims that he and Stephenie/Tess were waiting to see if he got a prize... which the announcement in the first merge battle clearly states no prizes will be issued, only the potential for a challenge advantage in the near future.
Stephenie is also arguing that Wyatt had "technical issues," however Yvette posted that she can't even access the chat, and Luca was having issues with the chat simultaneously but he managed to vote with Beau/Quincy.
Stephenie was really pushing me on AIM though to allow Wyatt's vote change, which would result in a tie vote and Luca going home instead of Stephenie in a 3-2 vote (6 votes for Beau are nullified by Quincy's HII) and so I decided for the sake of fairness (and because I am probably biased against Tess at this point) that I should defer to Morgan.
I'm glad that you all agree with my call though, I was hoping I wasn't being unreasonable in my assessment of the protocol.
So basically Stephenie is out, she is the second member of the jury, Quincy's HII is gone and we're left with ten.

It would have been 3-3 if Wyatt changed in time no? (since he voted Beau, not Steph) Result would still be that Luca leaves, but yeah I fully agree with your argument why it should not be counted. Had he posted in his voting thread before the deadline that such and such then it might have been a different story, but none of that really and I don't think his argument is very strong. Even if it wasn't announced this round that there would not be any prizes at DV, it must have been very clear to Tess (who's been there before and who was involved in the discussions with him) that all the prizes were gone now. Add to that the announcement from last round and yeah, he doesn't have a point. Also add to that that Tess was extremely slow with making her decision ~ her question wasn't even a valid one I think because she had been there before and I remember there was a rule that people can only go there once (correct me if I'm wrong). Besides that, Wyatt is extremely dumb for voting Beau in the first place  (not that it matters wrt the vote counting or not  ) |

Yes you can only go once AND you cannot send yourself. I already did Death Valley remotely with Wyatt last night he chose the Judgment Card.
